Preparation of the recipe :
In a bowl, mix Tomacouli, oregano, salt and pepper.Cut the mozzarella and mushrooms into slices.
Cut the ham into pieces.Unroll pizza dough. Brush with sauce.
arrange ham pieces uniformly throughout the dough. Do the same with the mushrooms and mozzarella.
Roll the dough into a long sausage. Cut it into slices. Place each rolls on a baking tray previously covered with
baking paper.
put all in the fourne .
