Galette of the kings with dried fruits


Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

- 2 puff pastry pure butter
- 250 g mixed dried fruit (apricots, dates, figs, prunes)
- 150 g almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, pistachios
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs + 1 yellow
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

Preparation of the recipe :

Roughly chop the dried fruit with a sharp knife.
Work the butter with a fork to obtain an ointment, add the vanilla sugar and the beaten eggs in an omelette.
When the preparation is smooth, add the dried fruit.
Keep to cool to let the mixture harden.
Preheat the thermostat oven 7 (210 ° C).
Spread the filling over the dough. Brush the edges of the dough with a little egg yolk. Lay the 2nd disc, press to weld the edges. Brush the top with the rest of the egg yolk.
Bake for 35 min.

Christmas log with chestnuts and chocolate


Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (for 6 people):

- 1 large can of chestnut purée
- 100 g of very fine butter
- 150 g chocolate
- 90 g caster sugar
- icing sugar
- perfume to choose: 1 tablespoon of rum, whiskey or cognac


Preparation of the recipe :

Heat gently the chestnut puree, add butter in small pieces, sugar and melted chocolate (microwave or bain marie).
Mix well.
Butter largely a cake pan. Pour in the preparation, pressing the mold on the table.
Put at least 3 hours cool (preferably on the day before).
Unmold the cake (if necessary, pass quickly under hot water).
Give it a form of log, cutting out the ends. Stretch with a fork.

Cake with walnuts and chocolate chips


ingrédient:

- 3 oeufs
- 125 g de sucre semoule
- 1 sachet de levure chimique Alsa
- 75 g de farine
- 100 g de noix en poudre
- 100 g de beurre mou ous fondu
- 1 cuillère à soupe de cognac

Preparation of the recipe :

Separate the whites of 2 eggs and keep one whole

Beat the eggs (yolks + integer) with the caster sugar until whitening

Stir after the flour, powdered nuts, chocolate chips, brandy, yeast and finally the melted butter. Mix a little between each ingredient.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate the above mixture

Butter a loaf pan and bake about 30 minutes. Prick the end of cooking to check.

Chocolate cake

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (serves 6):
- 150 g cooking chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 100g caster sugar
- 60 g flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 80 g butter
- 50 g almonds


Preparation of the recipe :


Melt chocolate in double boiler with 5 tablespoons of water.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add flour, baking powder, melted butter, ground almonds and chocolate. Mix.
Pour half the height of a buttered cake pan.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for 30 to 35 min.
Wait 5 minutes before unmolding. Let cool.Chocolate cake

Easy cake cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of white cheese 20% M.G
4 eggs
200 g of sugar
100g of flour
1 package vanilla sugar or lemon zest

PREPARATION:

STEP 1
Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Sift flour.
2ND STEP
Preheat oven.
STEP 3
Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until bleaching.
STEP 4
Add the flour and cheese and mix well.
STEP 5
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix them with a spatula in the preparation.
STEP 6
Empty the mixture into the mold to miss buttered and bake for 1 hour.
STEP 7

cocoa cake

Amounts Cocoa Cake :

3 cups flour
4 White
3/4 cup soft butter
A cup of milk
Cup sugar
Tablespoon and a half raw cocoa
Tablespoon milk
The text tablespoon baking powder
Vanilla liquid or powder
Pinch of salt

How to prepare Cocoa Cake:

1. Mix all cake ingredients  with out cocoa.

2. Two thirds pours the mixture into a greased tray advance.

3. Add the cocoa and milk, spoon the remaining third of the mixture, then pour the mixture on the former randomly or in a greased tray smallest advance.

4. Bake cake in a preheated oven at a temperature preset 180 for half an hour, come out and leave to cool and then cut and serve.

Classic Pound Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 pound (3 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour2 tablespoon coarse salt3 cups sugar4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract5 9 eggs

      DIRECTIONS

      •   Combine all-purpose flour and salt in a bowl.
      • Cream butter and sugar with a mixer on high speed until pale and fluffy, for 8 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl. Reduce speed to medium, and add vanilla extract.
      • Lightly beat eggs, and add to mixer bowl in 4 additions, mixing thoroughly after each and scraping down sides.  and add flour mixture in 4 additions, mixing until just incorporated. Divide batter between pans. Tap on counter to distribute; smooth tops.
      • Bake until a tester inserted into center of each cake comes out clean, about 65 minutes. Let cool in pans on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire rack.




      Orange Cake

      ingredients:


      3 cups flour
      1/4 cup liquid milk
      1/4 cup lemon juice
      1 cup sugar powder
       1/2 cup butter
      4 eggs
      3 Peel orange
      1 tablespoon vanilla, liquid
      1 tablespoon baking powder Beking
      Pinch of salt

      How to prepare Lemon Cake Easy

      1.  in a bowl, put the sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, orange and salt and workshop batters well for 10 minutes.
