- 3 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic

- 200 g of tomato sauce
- 1 small tomato paste box
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- 1 basil branch
- 1 advanced harissa
- Parmesan at will
- Thyme, bay leaf

Preparation of the recipe :
Chop the sage, basil, parsley. onions, celery cut into cubes.
Detail the diced mushrooms also.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a casserole, put in the onions, celery and mushrooms.
Add the crushed garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce, ground meat and press everything well.
then add the thyme and bay leaf, wet 50 ounces of water, add chopped fresh herbs, 2 pieces of sugar, harissa, season.
Simmer 30 minutes over low heat.
10 minutes before the end, cook the pasta al dente.
Drain the pasta, mix them with a little butter.
Remove the bay leaf from the sauce, pour over pasta.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
