Chinese fish

ingredients:
- 1 fish (type line, turbo, or white fish)
- Vegetable oil sunflower guy
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 small ginger root
- Soy Sauce Chinese
- Garlic
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 bunch chives Thai
- White rice
- 1 glass of water

Preparation of the recipe :

Cook steamed fish.
  prepare the sauce:
Cut the garlic into small pieces. Fill the bottom of an oil pan, saute garlic and minced ginger.
Put the sugar and add water, stir and add the soy sauce, put in 7 tablespoons. Add half of the Thai chives and half the coriander.
Mix well and taste. The taste should be pronounced enough.
Pour the sauce over the fish and decorate with remaining chives and cilantro.
Serve the rice with the dish.
