ingredients:
- 600 g beef tenderloin
- 350 g rice
- 3 onions
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 peppers
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick chopped
- 6 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons cardamom seeds
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 bunch coriander chopped
- 2 plain yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- frying oil
Preparation of the recipe :
Cook the rice in salted cold water.
Cut the beef fillet into pieces.
Place all ingredients in a large shallow dish (without onions), and let it marinate meat.
Fry the chopped onions.
Mix rice, fried onions, meat and marinade; and cook over low heat for 30 min.
Adjust seasoning and serve.
