Gratin of pasta with chorizo and mozzarella

ingredients:
- 250 grams of pasta - 50 cl milk
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 1/2 tomato paste box
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 120g chorizo
- grated cheese
- Grated parmesan
- salt
- Pepper


Preparation of the recipe :

to preheat the oven
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Prepare the béchamel: heat the milk in a saucepan.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave
When it is liquid, add the rain flour whisking. Pour the simmering milk over the mixture while continuing to stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in the microwave for one minute then stir and repeat until desired consistency.
Add half a tomato paste box, chorizo ​​and finely chopped mozzarella cube with béchamel. Mix well.
When the pasta is cooked, stir in the preparation and add Parmesan at will.
Pour into a baking dish (greased if necessary) and cover with grated cheese.
Bake 30 min.
Serve warm or hot.
