Ingredients :

- 400 to 500 g carrots
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- salt
- An olive oil (optional)
- A few sprigs of cilantro (optional)
Preparation of the recipe :
Peel and finely grate the carrots. Put them in a bowl.

Using a sharp knife to peel one of the oranges, above the bowl of carrots to get the juice. Cut orange
or thinly sliced(possibly removing the hard white center) or in neighborhoods by removing all
membranes.
In a small bowl, mix the other orange juice and the lemon and orange blossom, pinch of salt and a
tablespoon of olive oil (optional).
Pour over carrots-orange mixture and stir well.
possibly sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Serve chilled.
