INGREDIENTS:
4 slices of
salmon
300 g of fresh pasta (tagliatelle kind)
200 g cream (light)
1 medium onion
parsley
chive
tarragon
1 knob of butter
1 c. oil soup
salt pepper
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Chop the onion finely and all herbs, cut the salmon into small strips.
2ND STEP
Boil salted water in a large pot and throw in the fresh tagliatelle, about 5 minutes of cooking.
STEP 3
Melt the butter with the oil, fry the chopped onion without coloring, pour the cream and when hot, add the salmon and chopped herbs and pepper to taste.
STEP 4
Make a nest with pasta on a pretty plate / "> plate and put the preparation salmon in the middle. Decorate with herbs around.
