Preparation of the recipe :
Roughly chop the dried fruit with a sharp knife.
Work the butter with a fork to obtain an ointment, add the vanilla sugar and the beaten eggs in an omelette.
When the preparation is smooth, add the dried fruit.
Keep to cool to let the mixture harden.
Preheat the thermostat oven 7 (210 ° C).
Spread the filling over the dough. Brush the edges of the dough with a little egg yolk. Lay the 2nd disc, press to weld the edges. Brush the top with the rest of the egg yolk.
Bake for 35 min.
