Chocolate cake

Ingredients (serves 6):
- 150 g cooking chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 100g caster sugar
- 60 g flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 80 g butter
- 50 g almonds


Preparation of the recipe :


Melt chocolate in double boiler with 5 tablespoons of water.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add flour, baking powder, melted butter, ground almonds and chocolate. Mix.
Pour half the height of a buttered cake pan.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for 30 to 35 min.
