Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 1 large can of chestnut purée
- 100 g of very fine butter
- 150 g chocolate
- 90 g caster sugar
- icing sugar
- perfume to choose: 1 tablespoon of rum, whiskey or cognac
Preparation of the recipe :
Heat gently the chestnut puree, add butter in small pieces, sugar and melted chocolate (microwave or bain marie).
Mix well.
Butter largely a cake pan. Pour in the preparation, pressing the mold on the table.
Put at least 3 hours cool (preferably on the day before).
Unmold the cake (if necessary, pass quickly under hot water).
Give it a form of log, cutting out the ends. Stretch with a fork.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with leaves of holly, goblins, and other Christmas decorations.
