Easy cake cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of white cheese 20% M.G
4 eggs
200 g of sugar
100g of flour
1 package vanilla sugar or lemon zest

PREPARATION:

STEP 1
Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Sift flour.
2ND STEP
Preheat oven.
STEP 3
Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until bleaching.
STEP 4
Add the flour and cheese and mix well.
STEP 5
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix them with a spatula in the preparation.
STEP 6
Empty the mixture into the mold to miss buttered and bake for 1 hour.
STEP 7
Remove the cake and let it cool in the pan.
