Roasted chicken with rice

ingredients:

 chickens or 1200 grams of chicken
2/1 2 cups or 500 grams of soaked US rice in water for an hour and drained
2/1 4 cups or 1125 ml of water
250 grams of minced lamb
125 grams or medium-sized chopped onion
Tablespoons vegetable oil
A tablespoon of ground cinnamon
4/1 teaspoon black pepper
3 cubes of MAGGI Chicken Stock

how to prepare:



1. Fry the chicken in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for a period ranging between 45 and 50 minutes or until chicken is well cooked and golden brown.

2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion, stirring from time to time for a period ranging between 4 and 5 minutes or until golden in color.

3. Add minced lamb and cook until it is brown and add the spices and MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, then stir for a few minutes.

4. Add the rice and stir for two minutes or until the rice is heated. Add water, stirring constantly until boiling and cover the pot and then simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.

5. Pour the cooked rice over a large serving dish and then cut reddish chicken .
