Cesar salad

Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes Ingredients :
- 2 hearts of lettuce or leafy romaine - 25 g of parmesan (chips) - 4 slices of bread crushed - 2 tablespoons of oil For the sauce: - 1 egg - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese - 2 teaspoons of capers - 1/2 teaspoon of mustard - 1 trait of Tabasco - juice of 1/2 lemon - 1 clove of peeled garlic - 15 cl of oil - salt and pepper


Preparation of the recipe : Brown the bread, cut into cubes, 3 min in a little oil. Tear the romaine leaves into a salad bowl, and add the croutons previously sponged in

absorbent paper. Prepare the sauce: Cook the egg 1 min 30 in boiling water, and refresh it. Break it into the bowl of a blender and mix, along with all the other ingredients; Correct the sealing and incorporate into the salad. Decorate with Parmesan shavings, and serve.
