soup carrot with coconut milk

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (serves 6):

- 600 g carrot
- 1 large onion
- 1 m of water
- 20 cl of coconut milk


Preparation of the recipe :


Boil water.
Brush carrots, then cut them into washer.
Peel the onion and cut it into pieces.
Place all in boiling salted water and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Mix and pour the coconut milk.
It's ready !
