Sticky Wing Recipe




INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. Vegetable oil
1/2 c. Chopped fresh ginger
1/2 c. Of garlic powder

1 1/2 lb. of chicken wings

Preparation steps

In a 9x13 inch rectangular baking dish, combine all ingredients except the chicken wings; Stir until brown sugar is completely dissolved. Place the chicken wings at the bottom of the dish and turn them over to cover them with juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Turn the wings in the sauce after two hours of refrigeration.
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
Bake, covered, in the oven at 350 ° F for 45 minutes. Turn the chicken wings into the sauce and sprinkle them with it. Bake another 50 minutes, uncovered this time.

Easy Vegan Collard Greens with Rice





















ingredient:
1  for collard greens salad 
1 cup white rice
-green pepper 
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon butter 
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 
Pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

how to make it:
  • In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add rice, , salt, butter and red pepper flakes.
  • Add collard greens and bring to a slow simmer. Cover and allow to cook until rice is soft and broth is absorbed, about 15min  ,add more broth if necessary.
  • Add a dash of black pepper and more salt to taste. For a spicier dish, mix in ¼ to ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper before serving

Penne pasta and meatballs

Penne pasta and meatballs

Number of people: 4 people

Preparation time: 25 mn

Cooking time: 55 mn




Ingredients:

For pellets:

350g ground beef

100g of breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons grated parmesan or cacciocavallo, typically Italian cheese that is found out of Italy today.

1 whole egg

Parsley

Flour

 


For the sauce:

1 bottle of tomato coulis (that you already prepare yourself or buy ...)

1 onion

500 g of penne rigate (or other pasta such as spaghetti)

Olive oil

Salt pepper.



In a large frying pan, sauté the chopped onion, add your coulis. Salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the ground meat with the breadcrumbs, add the parsley and the grated cheese. Salt and pepper. Tie the whole with the egg previously beaten lightly. Form dumplings. Pass them through the flour.

In a frying pan with olive oil, sauté the dumplings 5 ​​min. Drain on paper towels.

Add the dumplings to the sauce and simmer for about 40 minutes over low heat.

In a saucepan of boiling water (salt to boil), cook pasta al dente. Drain and add to the sauce. Mix well.

Serve immediately.
