healthy salad

ingredients:

Parboiled rice
Maaas tray (corn)
Stomachs tray
Grilled Pepper and clip boxes
Islands poached and clip boxes
Boiled potatoes and cut into squares
Clip option boxes and circles clip for garnish
Tomato Poached eggs and clip into four pieces
Sauce:
Mayonnaise + olive oil + salt + black pepper + drops of vinegar + teaspoon of Almutard possible to add drops of Oranges.

Methods:

First we mix all of the rice, tuna and corn kernels and add them spoonful of sauce and then put them in a pot and then we put the center of a concave dish presentation

We then add the sauce on each of tomatoes, peppers and carrots and potatoes and then put them in a serving plate .

For the option to add a little salt to decorate the salad

And in the fourth put the hard-boiled egg to decorate the salad
