Ingredients :
• 1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
• 2 eggs
• 150 g flour
• 20 cl of milk
• 1/2 tsp. With garlic powder
• frying oil
• salt pepper
Preparation steps:
1/ Beat the eggs with a fork with the milk. Pour the flour into a plastic bag. Add the garlic, 1/2 tsp.2/ Turn the chicken pieces into the eggs, lock them in the bag, shake in all directions to coat the chicken with flour.
3/ Heat 2 cm of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chicken pieces 20 min over medium heat, turning them halfway through cooking. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with sweet corn.
