NACHOS MEXICAN

Ingredients :

1 hot pepper jalapeno (if you like spicy)
1 to 2 green onions
300 g of cheddar or Mexican cheese (2 cups)
300 g of nachos (about a packet)
Sliced black olives
Sour cream - you will find the recipe here
1 tomato

Salsa sauce
Guacamole
Hot sauce, if you like it

Recipe :

Take a baking tray, or a cast iron stove
Preheat oven to 180 ° C
Put a layer of nachos at the bottom
Grate the cheese, cut the tomato into small cubes, slice the green onion, slice the chilli
Place a layer of shredded cheese
Repeat the operation to the desired height
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
At the end of the oven, add the tomato, green onion, olives and chili slices
Place a dollop of sour cream, salsa and guacamole
Eat While It's Hot
