SALMON PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

4 slices of salmon
300 g of fresh pasta (tagliatelle type)
200 g of fresh cream (light)
1 medium onion
parsley
chive
tarragon
1 large butter nut
1 C. oil soup
salt pepper

PREPARATION:

STEP 1
Chop the onion finely, as well as all herbs, cut the salmon into small strips.

2ND STEP
Boil salted water in a large saucepan and toss the fresh tagliatelle, about 5 min of cooking.

STEP 3
Melt the butter with the oil, brown the chopped onion without coloring, pour the cream and when hot, add the smoked salmon and chopped herbs, pepper to taste.

STEP 4
Make a nest with the pasta on a nice plate and put the salmon mixture in the middle. Decorate with some herbs around.
