Potatoes

INGREDIENTS (4 PERSONS):

1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 c s of herbs of Provence
1 c to c of salt
1 c s of paprika
1 kg of potatoes

PREPARATION:

STEP 1 :
Wash the potatoes and cut them into a rather large area.
2ND STEP :
Put them in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Cook 1 minute from the boil.
STEP 3:
Drain the potatoes and put them in an airtight box.
STEP 4:
Add paprika, ras el hanout (or other spices of your choice), oil, salt and herbs of Provence.
STEP 5:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
STEP 6:
Close the box and stir vigorously to coat the potatoes with the marinade.
STEP 7:
Arrange the potatoes on a plate covered with a baking paper, and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, mixing once in half cooking.
STEP 8:
Potatoes should be well browned.
